Privacy policy
1. Controller
CODERS.WIN LLC, 2880 W Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 225C, Oakland Park, FL 33311, USA, represented by Marius Korbmacher. Contact: imprint@korbmacher.me.
2. Website and hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, your IP address, the time, requested URL, and browser and device information are processed to provide the website, fix errors and prevent attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No analytics or marketing tools are integrated. Fonts are served locally. External services such as LinkedIn are only accessed when you open their links.
3. Inquiries and store reviews
When you make an inquiry, I process your email address, store URL, the time and the content of the communication to reply and prepare the requested store review. Providing this information is voluntary; I cannot deliver the store review without an email address and store URL.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For inquiries on behalf of a company or general questions, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in handling business inquiries.
4. Email and videos
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) sends the form data by email. I use an email hosting provider to receive, store and reply to messages. This provider also processes email addresses, content and connection data in the USA; see its privacy policy.
I record the requested store review using Loom (Atlassian) and share it via a link. The store content visible in the video is stored by Loom. When you watch it, Loom also processes access and usage data; see Atlassian's privacy policy.
5. Processing outside the EU
The controller is a company based in the USA. The services mentioned above may also process data in the USA and other countries outside the EEA. The terms of Vercel and Resend provide for EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR. The email provider and Atlassian describe their transfer arrangements, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers (Article 45 GDPR), in the linked terms. The relevant safeguards are also available there.
6. Retention periods
I delete inquiries and videos once they are no longer needed to handle the request or for further cooperation. Statutory retention obligations or the protection of legal claims may require longer storage. Technical logs are only needed for as long as operation, error analysis and security checks require them.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact the email address above to exercise these rights.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular where you live, work or believe an infringement has occurred. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.
